I create my recipes with a focus on clean eating.
I use as much fresh produce and cook with a wide variety of seafood, lean meats, and eggs. A lot of my recipes feature nuts, seeds, healthy oils, and apple cider vinegar.
All of my recipes are gluten-free. Many of my recipes are also grain-free so a lot of my baking is made with nut flours and coconut flour, although I sometimes use grains such as oats. I occasionally use chickpeas, beans and lentils as well.
I never, ever use refined sugar. This means all of my recipes use natural sweeteners such as honey, maple syrup and dates. (Read more about baking with natural sweeteners here.)
None of my recipes use cow’s milk. I love to incorporate goat’s cheese and feta cheese and plain yogurt in my recipes. I also use almond milk and coconut milk.
